【摘要】 分析了图书馆图书拒借现象产生的原因,讨论了提高读者满足率的措施和方法。
【Abstract】 In this thesis the authors make an analysis on the reasons for the ph enomenon of refusing library books.Furthermore they put forward measuements and ways so as to increase readers’ satisfaction ratio.
