Fe-Cr-Si合金喷焊层组织及抗高温氧化机理研究

【摘要】 设计了一种新型Fe -Cr-Si合金 ,并用等离子喷焊方法制备成涂层 ,借助SEM、SEM -EDX及XRD ,研究了Fe -Cr-Si合金涂层的组织形貌、成分分布及其高温氧化行为。结果表明 ,涂层由大量平直的初生Cr3 Si树枝晶和Fe、Cr、Si复杂相基体构成 ,成分呈梯度分布 ,界面为冶金态结合。在 85 0℃和大气环境下 ,其氧化动力学曲线呈抛物线状 ,氧化膜主要是由Cr2 O3 、SiO2 及尖晶石类氧化物FeCr2 O4组成

【Abstract】 A new alloy Fe-Cr-Si was designed and prepared as coating by plasma spray-welding. Using SEM, SEM-EDX and XRD, the morphology, profiles of elements and oxidation behavior of Fe-Cr-Si alloy coating were investigated. The results show that coating microstructure consisted of a large number of original straight branch-grains of Cr 3Si and complicated phase contained Fe, Cr, Si. The interface between coating and matrix is metallurgy bonding because profiles of Fe, Cr and Si elements were continuous. The oxidation dynamic curve of coating was similar to parabola at 850℃ in the air. The oxidation film consisted of Cr 2O 3?SiO 2 FeCr 2O 4.
