钨合金穿甲弹侵彻钢装甲过程对弹坑附近靶板性能的影响
Influence of tungsten alloy penetrators penetrating armour on target proprty around crater
【摘要】 采用测量硬度和观察弹坑附近靶板中流线变化的方法研究了钨合金模拟穿甲弹在侵彻不同状态靶板时侵彻过程对弹坑周围材料的影响。结果发现,靶板处于在350℃及以上温度回火状态时,侵彻过程会使弹坑附近的流线发生变化,而且侵彻过程中弹坑附近流线的变化与硬度的变化规律是一致的。这种情况表明,材料在这种状态下培啻的扩孔理论是不适用的,可以用与动态剪切屈服强度有关的阻力计算侵彻过程的参数。
【Abstract】 Through measuring hardness and observing streamline changes around crater in target, the study was made on influence on material around crater of tungsten alloy simulating penetrators during penetrating target at different state. The results show that when target plate is 350℃ and above 350℃ in temper state, streamline around crater will be changed during penetrating, and the change rule is same with hardness. The results show yet that Recht s expansile hole theory is not applicable. Resistance relating to dynamic shear yield strength may be used to calculate parameters during penetrating.
