在铜导线中晶界对信号传输影响的研究
Study on effects of grain boundaries in the copper wires on transmission signal
【摘要】 在铜导线中,晶界的存在以及晶界数量的多少对传输信号有显著影响。研究表明,单晶试样对传输信号的失真度最小,而多晶对传输信号的失真度最大,双晶对传输信号的失真度介于两者之间。这主要是由于品界增加导线的电阻率以及品界对传输信号的影响由电容效应所致。在铜导线中,随晶界数的增加,导线的电阻率增加。
【Abstract】 In the copper wires, grain boundaries markedly affect the quality of signal transmission. Study on the aspect shows: when transmission signal passes copper wires, the fuzzy degree increases with the grain boundaries of copper wires increasing. The reason is that with the number of grain boundaries increasing, the resistivity of copper wires increases, and the effect of grain boundaries on signal transmission is equivalent to the effect of capacitance on transmission signal. In the copper wires, with the number of grain boundaries increasing, the resistivity of copper wires increases.
