SiC_p/ZL109铝基复合材料微弧氧化层的微观组织特征
Microstructure characterization of micro-arc oxidation treated SiC_p/ZL109 aluminum matrix composites
【摘要】 对ZL10 9合金和SiCp/ZL10 9复合材料表面进行微弧氧化 ,利用扫描电镜对微弧氧化层微观组织特征进行了研究 ,比较测试两种材料微弧氧化层的硬度。发现ZL10 9合金和SiCp/ZL10 9复合材料都可以进行表面微弧氧化 ,其微弧氧化层由两层结构组成 ,分别为疏松层和致密层。ZL10 9合金微弧氧化层主要由不同结构的Al2 O3 相组成 ,SiCp/ZL10 9复合材料微弧氧化层由Al2 O3 和MgAl13 O40 组成。对微弧氧化层形成进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The microstructure characteristics of micro-arc oxidation ZL109 alloy and SiC p/ZL109 aluminum matrix composite material were studied by SEM, and their hardness were compared. The results indicated that ZL109 alloy and SiC p/ZL109 aluminum matrix composite both can be micro-arc-oxidized and the oxidized surface consists of two parts: the loose layer and the compact layer. The oxidation layer of ZL109 alloy comprises Al 2O 3 phases with different structures, and the oxidation layer of SiC p/ZL109 consists of Al 2O 3 and MgA1 13 O 40 . Moreover, the formation reason of the oxidation layer has been analyzed.
