风动式破冰浮标设想的可行性分析

【摘要】 利用已有的风、流、冰三者的关系、冻土切削理论和风叶功率与风速的关系,计算切入深度10mm不同风速下的允许进刀速度.比较流冰速度和允许进刀速度发现允许进刀速度太低.反过来,如果切割同类流冰,则需要的风力功率为25~50kW才具有实际应用价值.这个风力功率在目前还未报道,这是限制新设想的最大阻力.

【Abstract】 Taking the advantage of the available relationship among wind, current and ice, theory of cutting frozen soil and relationship of vane power and wind speed, the allowable cutting speed under different wind speeds is calculated for a cutting depth of 10 mm. The result shows that the allowable cutting speed is too low after comparing the ice running speed and the allowable cutting speed. On the contrary, for cutting the same running ice, 25~50 kW of the vane power is needed. Such a vane power has not been reported at present. It is a big obstruction in front of the wind-driven ice-breaking buoy.
