【摘要】 ①目的　探讨喉癌病人外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)mRNA的表达情况。②方法　提取PBMC中的总RNA ,应用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,检测 5 8例喉癌病人PBMC中MMP 9mRNA表达 ,并以 2 0例正常人作为对照。③结果　不同分期喉癌病人PBMC中MMP 9mRNA表达均明显高于对照组 ,差异有极显著性 (F =187.75 ,q =6 .13～ 33.38,P <0 .0 1) ,并随临床分期及病理组织分级增加而表达增强 (F =187.75、193.12 ,q=8.94～ 30 .95 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论　喉癌病人PBMC中MMP 9mRNA表达水平可作为喉癌预后的一项预测指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the expression of m atrix metalloproteinase 9 mRNA (MMP 9 mRNA) in peripheral blood monocytes of patients with laryngeal carcinomas.\ Methods\ A total RNA was isolated from peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) of 20 normal persons and 58 cases of laryngeal carcinomas. The expressi on of MMP 9 mRNA was determined by RT PCR.\ Results\ The expression in PBMC of patients with laryngeal carcino mas was higher than that of the controls, the difference was obvious ( F=187.75 , q=6.13-33.38, P <0.01), the expression increased with the increase of clinica l stage and histological grade ( F=187.75, 193.12; q=11.23-30.95; P <0.01). The difference was significant in different tumor stage and of tumor cells. \ Conclusion\ The expression of MMP 9 mRNA in peripheral blood mono cytes of patients with laryngeal carcinomas might be used as an index for predic tion of the prognosis of the disease.更多还原
