【Abstract】 Objective\ To explore a rapid and stable method for displaying G banding. \ Methods\ A chromosome preparation technique was adopted, using PBS method and EDTA method to show G banding.\ Results\ Both PBS and EDTA methods could clearly demonstrate the band stria.\ Conclusion\ Compared with EDTA method, PBS method is more simple in preparation of reagent, more stable in preprocessing condition and more rapid in showing the results.更多还原
