【摘要】 ①目的　了解山东省潍坊市乡村汉族青少年皮下脂肪发育现状及规律。②方法　对山东省潍坊市1 2 37名 (男 6 33名 ,女 6 0 4名 ) 7～ 1 9岁乡村汉族学生的身高、体质量以及肱三头肌位、肩胛下角位、髂前上棘位和腓肠肌位皮褶厚度进行了测量分析。③结果　皮褶厚度随年龄的变化而变化。女生皮褶厚度大于男生。在 1 8岁年龄组男、女生肱三头肌、肩胛下角、髂前上棘位皮褶厚度达到高峰 ;男、女生腓肠肌位皮褶厚度分别在 1 6岁和 1 5岁达到高峰。除腓肠肌位皮褶厚度外 ,其他部位皮褶厚度从 8岁开始出现显著的性别差异 (t=2 .791～ 9.4 86 ,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1 )。④结论　皮褶厚度存在性别和年龄差异。皮褶厚度与儿童青少年的心身发育阶段及青春期的发育密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To understand the development status and its law of subcutaneous fat in youngsters of Han nationality residing in rural areas of Weifang, Shandong province.\ Methods\ The survey was conducted on 1 237 students(male 633, female 604), aged 7-19 years old. Skinfold of brachial triceps muscle, of inferior angle of scapula, of anterior superior iliac spine and of gastrocnemius was measured.\ Results\ The skinfold varied with the development of age. It was thicker in girls than in boys. The skinfold of brachial triceps muscle, inferior angle of scapula, anterior superior iliac spine reached its peak at the age of 18 for both girls and boys. The gastrocnemius skinfold reached its peak at the age of 16 for boys and 15 for girls. The skinfold of the other three parts, except gastrocnemius, appeared sex differences starting from eight years old ( t=2.791-9.486,P <0.05, 0.01 ).\ Conclusion\ The skinfold varies with age and sex. It is closely related to psychosomatic development in teenagers.更多还原
