【摘要】 ①目的　探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)逆转录酶mRNA在乙型病毒性肝炎病人外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中的表达及临床意义。②方法　选择 30例乙型病毒性肝炎病人 ,分别提取其PBMCs中的总RNA ,逆转录合成cDNA ,设计引物进行PCR扩增以检测HBV逆转录酶mRNA的表达情况。③结果　 30例乙型病毒性肝炎病人PBMCs中HBV逆转录酶mRNA的表达阳性率为 13.3% (4 /30 ) ,慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病人表达阳性率为 16 .0 % (4 /2 5 ) ,其中慢性轻度、中度和重度乙型病毒性肝炎病人表达的阳性率分别为 11.1% (1/9)、16 .7% (1/6 )、2 0 .0 % (2 /10 ) ,5例急性乙型病毒性肝炎病人表达均阴性。④结论　HBV逆转录酶mRNA在PBMCs中的表达与乙型病毒性肝炎的慢性化及重症化有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To explore the expression of hepatitis B virus(HBV) reverse transcriptase mRNA(RT mRNA) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) and its clinical significance in patients with viral hepatitis B. \ Methods\ RT PCR technology was applied to investigate the expression of HBV RT mRNA in PBMCs in 30 patients with viral hepatitis B. \ Results The positive rate of 13.3%(4/30)was detected for HBV RT mRNA in PBMCs in 30 viral hepatitis B patients. It was 16.0%( 4/25 )in chronic ones. The positive expression rates of chronically mild, moderate and severe patients were 11.1%(1/9), 16.7%( 1/6 ) and 20.0%(2/10), respectively. No positive expression was noted in 5 acute cases. \ Conclusion\ The expression of HBV RT mRNA in PBMCs may be related to the degree of chronicity and severity of the disease.更多还原
