【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法 :对 2 2例腹腔镜下泌尿外科手术进行分析。结果 :2 2例手术中有 4例转开放手术 ,均为每一病种的首例。其中 1例肾囊肿因腹膜后腔未用水囊扩张 ,视野不清 ,操作困难 ;1例肾上腺腺瘤出血 ;1例输尿管结石因缝合困难 ;1例右肾萎缩伴高血压分离腹膜后间隙时 ,损伤腹膜造成后腹腔气腹无法建立。其余 18例腹腔镜手术顺利 ,未发生并发症。结论 :腹腔镜泌尿外科手术在手术创伤、术中出血、术后恢复等方面明显优于开放手术。但需要手术者有一定的经验和熟练的操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of laparoscopy in urology.Methods:The application of laparoscopy in urology to 22 cases was analysed.Results:Four of the 22 cases were converted to open surgery,which were all the initial case of each kind of the desease.As the retroperitoneal cavity was not enlargered with water balloon in 1 case of renal cyst,the view was unclear and the operation was difficult.Bleeding occurred in 1 case of adrenal adenoma and suture difficulty in 1 case of ureter stone;The retroperitoneum of one case of renal hypotrophy with hypertension was injured when we set up retroperitoneal cavity,so the retroperitoneal work space could not be established.The others were successful with laparoscope and had no complications.Conclusions:In comparison with open operation,peritoneoscopy has the advantages of less operative injury,less bleeding and better postoperative recovery,but it requires the operators to have fine experiences and skilled techniques for laparoscopic procedures.更多还原
