【摘要】 目的 :总结各种术式治疗臀肌挛缩症的疗效。方法 :1996～ 2 0 0 2年共手术治疗臀肌挛缩症患者 34例 ,手术初期沿用小切口、直切口、“S”形大切口 ,后改做股骨大转子上后方 2cm弧形切口。随访时间 6个月～ 2年 ,对其中随访资料完整的 2 8例进行分析、评定。结果 :2 8例中 ,疗效优 2 3例 ,良 3例 ,可 2例 ,手术优良率为 92 .8%。结论 :手术方式影响预后 ,经临床应用 ,大转子上后方弧形切口优于小切口、直切口、“S”形大切口 ,随访结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up the curative effects of gluteal muscle contracture treated by various modes of operation.Methods:From 1996 to 2002,34 cases of gluteal muscle contracture were operated in our hospital.Minor incision,straight incision or "S" major incision were used at the initial stage of operation;later femoral greater trochanter superior posterior 2 cm incision was used.The follow up time ranged from 6 months to 2 years,28 cases with complete follow up data were analysed and assessed.Results:Among the 28 cases,the curative effects of 23 cases were excellent,3 cases were good and 2 cases were not bad.The fine rate of operation was 92.8%.Conclusions:The mode of operation influences prognosis and greater trochanter arc incision is superior to minor incision,straight incision or "S" major incision.The follow up results are satisfactory.更多还原
