【摘要】 目的 :探讨晚期梨状窝癌的喉功能保留手术的可行性。方法 :回顾性分析 1996～ 2 0 0 0年 11例晚期梨状窝癌的临床资料 ,T2N0 1例 ,T2N12例 ,T3N14例 ,T3N2 3例 ,T4N11例。行保留喉功能的手术治疗 ,术后放疗 6 0～ 70Gy。 结果 :随访 3～ 7年 ,11例全部恢复吞咽和发音功能 ,10例拔管恢复喉的全部功能。 3年生存率为 6 3.6 % ,5年生存率为 4 5 .5 %。结论 :梨状窝癌彻底切除肿瘤的前提下保留喉功能是可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility of laryngeal function sparing surgery for late pyriform sinus cancer.Methods:A retrospective review of 11 cases of late pyriform sinus cancer was made.The laryngeal function sparing surgery were performed in all the cases from 1996 to 2000.Among them,T2N0 was in 1 case,T2N1 in 2 cases,T3N1 in 4 cases,T3N2 in 3 cases and T4N1 in 1 case.All the patients received 60 to 70 Gy postoperative radiotherapy.Results:Eleven cases returned to normal meals.Tracheal casing of 10 cases was removed and the entire function of larynx recovered.All the patients pronounced clearly.The rates of 3 year and 5 year survival were 63.6%and 45.5%,respectively.Conclusions:It is feasible to eradicate the tumor and at the same time,preserve the laryngeal function in a patient with pyriform sinus cancer.更多还原
