乳腺癌雌激素受体ERα和ERβ的表达
The expression of estrogen receptor α and estrogen receptor β in human breast cancer
【摘要】 目的 :研究乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中雌激素受体亚单位ERα和ERβ的表达。 方法 :以逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)的方法测定 4 2例乳腺癌和 19例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中ERα和ERβ的mRNA表达 ,评价其分布的差异以及乳腺癌中ER表型与淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小的关系。结果 :ERβ总表达率在乳腺癌为 5 4 .8% ,高于乳腺纤维腺瘤的 2 6 .3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;乳腺癌ERα表型占 2 1.4 % ,乳腺纤维腺瘤为 5 2 .6 % ;乳腺癌ERα和ERβ共表达表型占 5 4 .8% ,乳腺纤维腺瘤为 2 1.1% ,两者差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。乳腺癌中各ER表型与淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小均无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :乳腺癌可获得ERβ的表达
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of estrogen receptor(ER) subunits,ERα and ERβ in breast cancer and breast intracanalicular fibroma.Methods:The expression of ERα and ERβ gene mRNA was evaluated in 42 breast cancer samples and 19 breast intracanalicular fibroma samples using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.The distribution of their expression,as well as the relation between these ER phenotypes and the lymph node status or tumor size were analysed.Results:The total expression rate of ERβ in breast cancer was 54.8%,which was significantly higher than that in breast intracanalicular fibroma( P <0.05);the expression rate of ERα alone in breast cancer was 21.4%,which was significantly lower than that in breast intracanalicular fibroma( P <0.05).The coexpression rate of ERα and ERβ in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in breast intracanalicular fibroma( P <0.05),but there were no significant differences among these phenotypes in lymph node metastasis and tumor size( P >0.05).Conclusions:The expression of ERβ might be acquired in breast cancer.
