【摘要】 目的 :介绍一种改进的伴有上睑皮肤松垂的去皮重睑术的方法。方法 :受术者轻闭双眼 ,眉部上推 ,使上睑平展 ,距睑缘 5 .0～ 6 .5mm ,从内眦开始向外设计重睑线 ,并以此线为基线夹持松弛的上睑皮肤 ,以睫毛、眉毛不移位为准 ,画出基线上方的另一条弧线。切除两线之间上睑多余的皮肤及其深层的眼轮匝肌 ,显露上部睑板及上睑提肌腱膜 ,不做常规的切缘下皮下分离。按重睑成形原则缝合切口。结果 :2 2例上睑皮肤松垂的患者 ,除 1例术后出现上睑轻度外翻外 ,其余病例均取得满意的美容与治疗效果。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,组织损伤少 ,手术时间短 ,术后恢复快 ,去除松弛的上睑皮肤适中 ,不仅重睑外形美观 ,而且可纠正倒睫 ,并可减少术后并发症的发生 ,是伴有上睑皮肤松垂患者较理想的去皮重睑术式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce an improved removing skin double fold eyelid operation for upper eyelid laxity.Methods:The patient closed his eyes slightly and the eyebrow was pushed upward,so that the upper eyelid skin could be unfolded.The double fold eyelid line was marked out 5.0 to 6.5 mm away from palpebral margin.Based on the line,the redundant skin of upper eyelid was clipped by forceps and the eyebrow and eyelash kept unmoved,the operator marked out another line.The redundant skin and the orbicular muscle of the eye between the two lines were removed.The skin below the incision was not dissected and the orbicular muscle of the eye under the skin was not removed,either.The incision was sutured similar to the routine double fold eyelid operation.Results:Twenty two cases were treated with this method.One case showed mild eversion of the upper eyelid,and all the other cases obtained satisfactory effect.Conclusions:The method has the advantages of easy operation and slight tissue injury,so the post operative recovery is rapid.At the same time,trichiasis can also be corrected.The complication incidence is decreased significantly and the patients get satisfactory effect.It is a good method for treating upper eyelid laxity.更多还原
