【摘要】 目的 :回顾性分析外科手术治疗缩窄性心包炎的效果。方法 :80例病程 1个月～ 2 0年缩窄性心包炎患者均行心包切除。采用左前外侧切口 6 2例 ,正中切口 18例 ;其中体外循环下心包切除 8例。结果 :本组病死 4例 (5 .0 0 % )。随访 6 1例 ,其中治愈 4 9例 (88.33% ) ,好转 8例 (13.11% ) ,无效 4例 (6 .5 6 % )。结论 :缩窄性心包炎一经确诊 ,应尽早手术 ;手术径路应根据患者情况选择 ;切除范围可根据病例情况确定。对于重症缩窄性心包炎或合并心内病变需外科手术治疗者 ,可在体外循环下手术 ,以提高手术成功率 ,降低术中及术后并发症的发生率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze retrospectively the effect of surgical treatment for constrictive pericarditis.Methods:Eighty patients with an illness duration of 1 month to 20 years underwent pericardectomy.Left anterolateral incision and was employed in 62 patients median incision in 18 patients.Of the 80 patients,8 were operated on with the use of extracorporeal circulation.Results:Four patients died of the 61 patients followed up,49 were cured(88.03%),8 improved(13.11%) and 4 showed no effect(6.56%).Conclusions:Patients confirmed of constrictive pericarditis should receive operation as early as possible.The operation approach should be choiced according to the condition of the patients.Resection range may be confirmed according to pathologic conditions. The patients who have serious constrictive pericarditis or intracardiac disease may be operated on with extracorporeal circulation in order to raise the operation successful rate and decrease the intra and post operation complication.
