【摘要】 目的 :总结应用皮肤软组织扩张术进行美容整形的经验。方法 :86例患者应用 115只扩张器 ,容量为 5 0～ 4 5 0ml,平均扩张时间为 4 9天。修复瘢痕性秃发 4 3例 (其中 3例继发瘢痕癌 )、面部瘢痕 16例、肢体瘢痕 14例 ,行耳廓成形 9例、鼻再造4例。结果 :1例因扩张器外露而终止治疗 ,2例扩张区出现局部皮肤呈干性坏死分别为 1.0cm× 1.0cm和 1.0cm× 1.5cm ,但未影响二期手术 ;85例皆获得满意的美容效果 ,皮肤色泽、质地、毛发分布近似正常 ,再造的耳、鼻形态稳定。结论 :皮肤软组织扩张术应用于美容整形宜采用持续慢速扩张法 ,两期手术时做到设计准确、操作精细是获得良好的美容效果及减少并发症发生的重要方面更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up the experience of using skin expanding technique in aesthetic plastic surgery.Methods:From March 1988 to October 2001,115 expanders with volumes ranging from 50 to 450 ml were used in 86 patients,with an average expansion time of 49 days.Forty three cases of burn alopecia(among them,3 had secondary scar carcinomas),16 cases of facial scar and 14 cases of scars in extremities were repaired by expanded skin flaps.The technique was used to reconstruct the nose in 4 cases,and to plasty the ear in 9 cases.Results:In one case,the next treatment was abolished as the expander was exposed.Though 2 cases had partial skin necrosis( 1.0 cm ×1.0 cm and 1.0 cm×1.5 cm respectively) in expanding period,the two patients and others completed the procedures with satisfactory results.Conclusions:Slowly,continous tissue expansion is fit for aesthetic plastic surgery.To prevent complication,every procedure must be done with accuracy.更多还原
