【摘要】 目的 :探讨股骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干多段骨折的临床疗效。方法 :采用limited扩髓和静态带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干多段骨折 12例 ,所有病例都首先采用静力性带锁。结果 :11例患者平均随访 10 .3个月 ,所有病例都达到骨性愈合 ,平均愈合时间 3.6个月 ,术后早期不负重功能锻炼 ,膝、踝关节功能正常或基本正常。结论 :股骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干多段骨折有效 ,可以早期功能锻炼 ,关节功能恢复好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating multiple fractures of the femoral with intramedullary interlocking nail.Methods:Twelve cases of femoral fracture treated by static locked intramedullary nails and limited reamed were reviewed.Static interlocked nails were employed in all cases at first.Results:All cases were followed up for a mean time of 10.3 months.All fractures healed with a median time of 3.6 months.No locking screw and nail loosed or broken,all function of the knee and ankle joints were normal or almost normal.Conclusions:The application of intramedullary interlocking nail is effective in the treatment of femoral fracture.Early function exercises will help to obtain a better recovery of the joints.更多还原
