【摘要】 目的 :阐明阑尾重复畸形的各种类型。方法 :结合文献对本病的临床表现、病理形态特点及分类进行探讨。结果 :先天性阑尾重复畸形分为双 (多 )阑尾畸形、阑尾部分重复畸形、袢状阑尾、双 (结 )盲肠双阑尾畸形。结论 :重复阑尾极易引起感染 ,发生急性炎症、化脓、坏疽、穿孔。大多数病例必须通过手术和病理检查获得诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clarify the types of appendix’s duplication of the appendix.Methods:The clinical manifestation,characteristic of pathological shape and sort of duplication of appendix were studied.Results:Innate duplication deformity of appendix was classified as:double appendix deformity,duplication of appendix’s part,vermiform appendix,double appendix and double cecum.Conclusions:Duplication of appendix can easily cause infection,gangrene and perforation.Most of the cases must be diagnosed by operation and pathology check.更多还原
