【摘要】 目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素。方法 :对 2 6 5例 2型糖尿病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :2型糖尿病合并冠心病者为 2 7.2 % ;年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数、高血压、空腹血清C肽、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清尿酸8个因素与 2型糖尿病合并冠心病有关。结论 :为减少并发冠心病 ,2型糖尿病患者除注意控制常见的冠心病危险因素外 ,亦应注意控制高胰岛素血症、高甘油三脂血症、高尿酸血症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the risk factors for coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:A retrospective analysis was made among 265 patients with type 2 DM.Results:The proportion of type 2 DM patients accompanying with CHD was 27.2%.The eight factors related to CHD were age,stage of DM,body mass index(BMI),hypertension,fasting serum C peptide,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) and serum uric acid.Conclusions:To decreasee the proportion of CHD in type 2 DM patients,we should not only pay attention to the common risk factors for CHD,but control the hyperinsulinemia,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia.更多还原
