【摘要】 目的 :探讨重型颅脑损伤的有效治疗措施 ,降低病死率。方法 :对我科 1995年 7月～ 1999年 10月收治的 73例重型颅脑损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :存活 5 4例 ,存活率 73.97%。死亡 19例 ,病死率 2 6 .0 3%。结论 :及时复苏 ,尽早手术 ,术后综合治疗 ,可显著改善重型颅脑损伤的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effective therapeutic measures for severe brain injury so as to reduce the mortality.Methods:Seventy three patients with severe brain injuries admitted to our departement from July 1995 to Oct 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of the 73 patients,54 survived(73.97%) and 19 died( 26.03 %).Conclusions:The prognosis of patients with severe brain injuries can be improved by early resuscitation,timely operation and synthetic treatment after operation.更多还原
