论图书馆员的人文素质
On the Humane Quality of a Librarian
【摘要】 图书馆员人文素质的高低是衡量一个图书馆员是否称职的重要标志。
【Abstract】 This paper takes up the necessity and importance of raising the humane quality of a librarian and points out that in the new period a librarian must be well qualified for his or her post through various studies.
