【Abstract】 The scientific management if one of the new tasks which the files worders are faced with. The electronic documents and files have both advantages and disadvantages. The author suggests that the following countermwasures should be taken:1.Quickenning the step of legislation, strengthenning the construction of system and ensuring the original character of the electronic files; 2.Pledging the original attribute of the electronic files through adopting the teacnical measures; 3.Raising the quality of the files workers.更多还原
