【摘要】 高校图书馆馆员与读者之间通过感情互动和心理交流,拉近二者的距离,采用多种方式,区别对待,更好地做好读者服务工作。
【Abstract】 The paper deals with the means of the psychological communication, its patterns, the common psychological barriers in the communication and the ways of the elimination.
