【Abstract】 This article makes a comparative analy sis on the general of the second and third class training athletes of Jiangxi Province by interviews and comprehensible synthetically documentary analysis.It holds that the atom-plashing rate of the third-class athletes is comparatively low,and the only way to change this situa-tion is to reinforce the reform of the reserving talents’training system,to strengthen the distribution of the su-perior prefects and the training of the coaches’ quality,and to establish a perfect competing system.更多还原
