The trend of appreciating economic growth, while disregarding enviroamental whanged fundamentally. In order to bting enbironmental resources into economic dexision, the ecomic Values of enbironmental resources were ebaluated. Besides, the ecomomic costs of destroyed enbironmental resources were batched.
