木立芦荟中芦荟甙的TLC分析

【摘要】采用超声提取方法 ,对木立芦荟中芦荟甙进行了提取 ,并用薄层色谱法 (TLC)测定了木立芦荟中芦荟甙的含量 .回收率为 98.71 % ,变异系数为 1 .9% .更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasoinic extraction method was used for extracting the aloin in the A.arborescens mill and the aloin in the A.arborescens mill was determinated by TLC method. The recovery is 98.71% and the coefficient of variation is 1.9 %.更多还原
