流动注射荧光熄灭分析法测定碘离子
Flow injection fluorescence quenching method for determination of iodide
【摘要】 研究发现 ,在 pH =6 .0~ 1 1的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,碘离子对荧光素汞的荧光具有熄灭作用 .据此 ,结合流动注射技术 ,建立了碘离子的流动注射荧光分析方法 ,碘离子在 0 .1 0~ 4 .0 μg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,检测下限为 75 μg/L .该方法用于海带中碘含量的测定 ,具有操作简单快捷、灵敏度高、选择性好的特点
【Abstract】 A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence method combined with flow injection techniques for the determination of iodide is presented. It was based on the quench effect of I - to the fluorescence intensity of the mercury fluorescein in basic medium. The degree of quenching is linable with the concentration of I - in the range of 0.1~4.0 μg/mL, the detection limit is 75 ng/mL. This method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of iodine in kelp with the recoveries of 98.0%.
