【Abstract】 A highly sensitive and selective fluorescence method combined with flow injection techniques for the determination of iodide is presented. It was based on the quench effect of I - to the fluorescence intensity of the mercury fluorescein in basic medium. The degree of quenching is linable with the concentration of I - in the range of 0.1～4.0 μg/mL, the detection limit is 75 ng/mL. This method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of iodine in kelp with the recoveries of 98.0%.更多还原
