【Abstract】 This research has made a sample survey to the present condition of old people taking part in physical exercise in Anshan city and Tieling city,analysed it and made a comparision.The article brings forward the existing problems and rules that the old should follow also,and it could work as the reference for urban senior citizents’ going in for sports.更多还原
