金属纤维增强ZA43复合材料的挤压铸渗工艺研究

【摘要】 通过挤压铸渗工艺分别制备了不锈钢纤维、碳钢纤维和铜纤维增强的ZA4 3合金复合材料 ,并分析了影响工艺的主要因素 .研究表明 ,通过挤压铸渗工艺可获得高性能的金属纤维增强的复合材料 ,其纤维与基体界面清洁 ,而且因纤维的冷却作用在纤维周围形成一层晶粒细小的组织 ,这对改善纤维与基体的结合和提高材料的性能是有利的 .文中还对可能导致缺陷的“搭桥”现象及其预防方法进行了分析 .

【Abstract】 The stainless steel fiber,carbon steel fiber and copper fiber reinforced ZA43 alloy composites have been made by extrusion infiltration process;and the main effecting factors in the process have been analyzed.The results shows:the metal fibers reinforced composites with good properties were obtained through extrusion infiltraton process;the interfaces between fiber and matrix were clean;the structure with fine grain resulted from the fiber cooling was around the fibers;and it is advantageous to enhance the bond between the fiber and matrix and improve the material properties.In addition,the factors results in bridging and countermeasures were analyzed in this paper.
