【Abstract】 In the course of reform and opening of our country,the private enterprises have made great progress,they have been playing the pushing role of the economy.Recently,these corporations have a fast and steady but unequal development.They over expanding and are entering more and more fields.Especially,private enterprises of science and technology develop quicklly.Company system has been the main style of their forming.In future,they must strengthen their cultral construction and develop their core competition.With entering WTO and opening door to foreign market,our economy will go on opening door to domestic market,create equal competitive circumstances,expand financing pattern,and help superior company enhance their international competition.更多还原
