【摘要】 采用IC柱反相高效液相色谱法测定了水中的F~-。方法的线性范围为0-500mg/L,进样量为25μL时,最低检出限为0.1mg/L。测定实验室合成样品,相对标准偏差为2.86％;测定已知F~-标准溶液,相对误差为1.30％,结果良好。方法的重复性和稳定性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,F- in water was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The response value was linear between 0-5 000 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.10 mg/L and inject amount was 25 μL. Test of synthetic sample and check out solution from agilent with RSD of 2.86% and RSD of 1.30% respectively. The method has a good repeatability and stabiltiy.更多还原
