执政兴国第一要务的时代价值和根本要求
The Value of Times and the Vital Demand of the Party in Office
【摘要】 发展是贯穿于十六大报告的一根主线。其时代价值在于全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,是实现全面建设小康社会的根本途径。要抓住经济建设中心,正确处理改革与发展的关系,聚精会神搞建设。
【Abstract】 Developement is the red string through the 16th CPC reports. Its value of times rests in the implementation of the "three represents", in the realization of full-scale well-off society. In the reports, the economic developement must be stressed and grasped.
