【Abstract】 The doublefacet effectivity of sciencetechnology in the social development decides the antinomy between sciencetechnology and sustained development. In order to solve the antinomy, we must design a twoway movement between them, that is, we must promote the sustained development depended on the progress of sciencetechnology and normalize sciencetechnology according to the principle of the sustained development.
