氯代苯酐生产的环境风险评价

【摘要】 采用概率风险评价方法对氯代苯酐生产的风险性进行了评价,预测了氯气泄漏事故对环境的影响范围及程度,并提出了可行的预防及应急措施。

【Abstract】 The present article aims to introduce the environmental risk assessment in chlorophenyl anhydride production. It is known as the method of risk probability assessment. As is often the case, in actual production of chlorophenyl anhydride, chlorine gas has to be used as a kind of raw material, which is prone to leak and then pollute the surrounding environments. If serious e-nough, the leakage may result in the poisoning and casualty of the residence near the production site. Thus comes up the need of environmental risk assessment. The risk assessment method presented here in this paper helps to forecast the range and degree of the effect caused by the would-be chlorine gas leakage and then suitable emergency measures can be taken in time and even in advance.
