化学活化法制取污泥衍生吸附剂的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SEWAGE SLUDGE RAMIFICATION ADSORBENT WITH CHEMICAL ACTIVATION
【摘要】 用有机污泥按照一定的工艺制作污泥衍生吸附剂。结果表明,氯化锌作为化学活化剂在吸附剂的生成过程中起到了关键作用,热解温度是影响吸附剂性能的最主要因素,750℃是最佳热解温度。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to introduce the author’s research on a new kind of sludge ramification adsorbent, which can be used for processing the heavy metal ion in industrial wastewater. The new absorbent developed by the author, with organism as its main component, can help to remove SO2 in the polluted air with the removal effect on SO2 equal to 30-40 mg/g. Since pyrolysis temperature has the greatest effect on the adsorption character of the sludge ramification adsorbent, the author’s experiment has proved that the optimal temperature for pyrolysis is 750 ℃ and the appropriate hold time for pyrolysis is 1 h. The iodine value of sludge ramification adsorbent proves to be increasing with the pyrolysis temperature under 900 ℃. However, when the pyrolysis temperature exceeds 900 ℃ , its iodine value would decrease. As one of the best activation agents with the concentration of 3 mol/ L, zinc chloride plays an important role during the pyrolysis process. It helps to remove the moisture in sewage sludge, restrain the produce of tar and speed the degradation of cellulose in sewage sludge sample.
