加速垃圾卫生填埋场稳定方法的研究

【摘要】 以河北省某市家庭生活垃圾为样本进行实验 ,研究了甲烷浓度的变化、垃圾固含量与垃圾平均产气率的关系、填埋表面沉降与时间的关系等。结果表明 ,该市垃圾产生的渗滤液回灌能够使产气速率和填埋场沉降速率增大 ,特别是提早回灌时间、增加回灌次数 ,对加速稳定化进程起到较明显的作用。

【Abstract】 This paper has made an analysis of the problem on garbage landfill based on the author’s investigation statistics over a city in Hebei Province. As is the case with other cities in our country, garbage landfill is a general practice in our control and processing context. Chief advances in recent years in this way are made due to the theoretical development and engineering innovations. However, the method remains problematic due to its taking of too much area for land filling and too much time for stabilization. Therefore, the total area of land filling has been gradually cut down in some developed countries since 1980s. The main reasons are as follow: (1)old landfills become saturate; (2)no more new spare land areas can be shared out for new landfills; (3) the environmental protection standard has greatly gone up beyond the local authority’s control. It is reported that landfills take about 90% in all garbage disposal practice in our country China. The composition is not the same in the different place, and some characters, such as heat value and moisture content, are not the same. Thus, it can be seen that the above situations may actually influence the beat decomposition and gas rate production, which has made the time for stabilization different from area to area. Based on the living garbage disposal practice of a city in Hebei province, using leachate recirculation under lacking oxygen, four conditions were adopted in this test: (1) leachate is recirculated as soon as it can be collected (2) leachate is recirculated after a few weeks (3) no recircutation practice (4) with recirculating water equipped on the landfill site. This paper has analyzed and summarized the results of producing CH 4 regular and the surface of landfill settlement character, concluding that the more recirculation times, the earlier recirculation time, the shorter the stabilization time will be. The authors put forward these conclusions are beneficial to this area.
