PLC在水塔水位控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 设计和实现了一种采用SATTCONTORL-PLC5可编程序控制器为主控制机的多泵恒压供水控制系统。该控制系统是在传统水塔/水箱供水的基础上,加入了PLC、变频器以及压力变送器等器件组成,能够实现恒压供水。详细论述了系统硬件结构、操作流程和控制方法,以及各器件之间的协调控制方法,实现了对供水的恒压自动控制,提高了供水质量。

【Abstract】 This article named the appliance of Programmable Logic Controller in the controlling system of water-tower’s water level. It designs and realizes a kind of multi-pump constant voltage supporting water controlling system, which is adopted SATTCONTORL-PLC Programmable Logic Controller as the center computer. The system according to traditional water tank supporting water, and adds PLC, frequency transformer and pressure transducer and so on. It can realize constant voltage automating supporting water. It describes system hardware structure, operation process and controlling means, and how to control with harmony between these devices in detail. It realizes constant voltage automatic control supporting water, and improves the quantity of supporting water.
