【摘要】 采用急性实验观察法 ,取家兔 1 8只 ,平均分成 3组。分别用 1 0 %、35 %、和 5 0 %的白酒处理 ,每个处理分为 2 0mL和 40mL剂量 ,观察白酒对减压神经放电及血压的影响。结果表明 1 0 %白酒处理 ,2 0mL和 40mL可引起血压先升高后略降 ;35 %和 5 0 %处理可引起血压明显降低。白酒引起心率明显减慢 ,减压神经放电与血压变化呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article has been adopted acute experiment method. Eighteen rabbits has been taken and divided them into three groups. Using apart of 10%?35% and 50% of ethanol to deal with, each dealing should be divided into the dosage of 20mL and 40mL,then observedy the effect of ethanol on the discharge of aortic nerve and the blood pressure.The results showed that the ethanol of 10% from 20mL to 40mL has could cause blood pressure to increase first and then reduse somewhat, and the dealing of 35% and 50% has could cause the blood pressure to reduse obviously. The heart rate become slow significantly and aortic nerves discharge assumed a negative relation with the change of the blood pressure.更多还原
