饮水硼对鸡组织硼含量的影响

【摘要】 选择 1日龄固始鸡 30 0羽 ,随机分成四个组 ,分别在饮水中添加硼 (以硼酸作为硼源 ) ,0、1 0 0、2 0 0和 40 0mg/L ,用姜黄素比色法分别测定 7、1 4、2 1、2 8、35和 42日龄雏鸡的肌肉、骨、脑的硼含量。结果表明 :饮水硼含量≤ 2 0 0mg/L时 ,各组间的差异多不明显。而当水硼添加达 40 0mg/L时 ,组织中的硼含量均显著地升高 ,其中肌肉硼含量升高 47.1 %~ 1 5 4 .4% ,骨硼含量升高 39.8%~ 1 1 5 .9% ,脑硼含量升高 83.3%~ 1 49.2 %。

【Abstract】 Gushi chickens at the age of 1 day were selected and divided randomly into four groups. The boron (to make use of boric acid as source of boron) of 0,100,200 and 400mg/L were supplemented to drinking water, respectively. The content of boron in muscle,bone and brain of chicken were determined by curcuma colorimetry at the age of 7,14,21,28,35 and 42 days. The results showed that there was no notable difference in comparison with control group as content of boron in drinking water is less than 200 mg/L,but there was significant increase in content of boron in tissue in four groups, in which content of muscle, bone and brain was increased by 47.1%~154.4%,39.8%~115.9% and 83.3%~149.2%,respectively.
