【摘要】 选择 1日龄固始鸡 60 0只 ,随机分成 5个处理组 ,分别在基础日粮中添加 0 .0 0 %、0 .0 8%、0 .1 6%、0 .2 4 %和 0 .32 %的赖氨酸 ,研究日粮赖氨酸水平对 0～ 63日龄固始鸡生长性能及胴体品质的影响。结果表明适度提高日粮赖氨酸水平可以提高固始鸡的增重、饲料转化率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率 ,且在 0～ 2 1日龄、2 2～ 42日龄和 43～ 63日龄时 ,日粮中总赖氨酸含量分别为 1 .0 0 %、0 .92 %和 0 .87%较为适宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six hundred Gushi chickens of 1 day old were divided into five groups and each group was fed on basal diet with supplement of 0.00%,0.08%,0.16%,0.24% and 0.32% lysine respectively. The results showed that the liveweight gain,feed conversion,eviscerated yield percentage,breast muscle yield percentage and leg muscle yield percentage of Gushi chicken were increased after lysine levels in diet were increased moderately. It was feasible that total contents of lysine on diet were 1.00%,0.92%,and 0.87% respectively at 0～21,22～42,43～63 days of age within the experimental bounds.更多还原
