【摘要】 为了揭示密码子性质与氨基酸性质之间可能存在的内在联系,系统地考察了密码子的分子量、亲水性、碱基堆积力和π电子共振能以及氨基酸的分子量、等电点、相对距离、不可取代性和同义密码子数等特性,并对这些性质间可能存在的相关性进行了分析。结果显示,在密码子、氨基酸以及密码子与氨基酸的多项性质间均存在着显著的正相关或负相关。此外,根据密码子的4种特性对20种蛋白质氨基酸进行了分类,这可能在某种程度上真实地反映了密码子与氨基酸的对应联系。文中还对这些内在相关性的可能意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The origin and evolution of the genetic code is a most interesting yet challenging problem for understanding life phenomena. To reveal the internal relations of the physical chemistry properties among genetic codons and amino acids,some important characters of codons molecular weight (MW), water affinity, base force and π energy, and those of amino acids with molecular weight, pI value, relative distance,no substitution and synonymous codon number were investigated.The correlations in these properties were performed using statistical analysis method. The results indicated that there are close relationships not only between the four properties of genetic codons but also between the five properties of amino acids as well as between codon properties and corresponding amino acids ones. In addition, the 20 kinds of amino acid could be classified into four groups based on four properties of codons, which may reflect the veritably corresponding relationships between codons and amino acids to some extent. Finally, the meaning of the internal relations among genetic codons and amino acids characters was discussed. It is clear that comprehending these correlations could provide unique vantage for elucidating co-evolutionary mechanisms between genetic codons and amino acids.更多还原
