【Abstract】 This article mainly introduces the preparation of fibroin powders from cocoon shells and posterior part of silkgland of fifth instar silkworm (Bombyx mori) .The charater of structure and the composition of fibrion proteins were studied,the influences of temperature and humidity on water solubility were analyzed,and the application in the fields of food in future were also discussed.更多还原
