【Abstract】 The rooting experiment of cultivated fresh stems of asparagus fern was carried out in this paper.The results showed that fresh stems treated with rooting power for the solution culture cuttage was optimal to rooting,the rooting rate was more than 90%,14% higher than for the test tube and 48% higher than for the cutting with basical substance due to reducing the seedling period by 18 days,and increasing the survival rate of transplantation by 35% and 82%,respectively.更多还原
