【摘要】 目的 :建立爽咽茶中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC测定爽咽茶中绿原酸的含量 ,采用C1 8柱 ,乙腈 4 .0g L磷酸 (1 0∶90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 7nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 97.75 % ,RSD为 1 .4 0 %。结论 :本法操作简便、易行 ,具有实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method of chiorogenic acid in Shuangyan Tea. Method: The high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of chiorogenic acid in Shuangyan Tea on C 18 column in acetonitrile 4.0 g/L phosphoric acid(10∶90) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 327 nm. Result: The average recovery was 97.75% and RSD was 1.40%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate,and has good reproducibility.更多还原
