【摘要】 目的 :探讨培补肝肾方治疗帕金森病的作用机制。方法 :成年C57BL雄性小鼠 4 8只随机分为正常组、中药保护组、中药治疗组、美多巴治疗组、复合治疗组、自然恢复组。采用高效液相色谱 电化学检测法 ,测定各组小鼠黑质脑区单胺类神经递质的含量。结果 :①自然恢复小鼠黑质多巴胺 (DA)、3,4 羟基苯乙酸 (DOPAC)、去甲肾上腺素酒石酸盐 (NE)、3 甲氧基 4 羟基苯乙二醇(MHPG)、高香草酸 (HVA)、5 羟色胺盐酸盐 (5 HT)水平均显著低于正常组、中药保护组、中药治疗组、美多巴治疗组、复合治疗组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,中药治疗组、美多巴治疗组、复合治疗组上述指标与正常组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。②各组小鼠的黑质DOPAC DA、MHPG NE、5 羟吲哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)、5 HIAA 5 HT水平无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :培补肝肾方可使黑质下降的DA、DOPAC、NE、HVA、5 HT水平升高 ,进而改善帕金森病症状更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Peibu Ganshen Recipe(PBGSR),a traditional Chinese prescription for invigorating and supplementing the liver and kidney,on Changes of behavior and nigra monoamine transmitters of the brain in mice suffered from parkinsonism.Method:Forty eight mice with type C 57 BL were averagely divided into six groups at random,namely control group(CON),pre treated with PBGSR group(PRE),treated with PBGSR group(PBG),treated with madopar group(TMG),treated with PBGSR and madopar group(TPM),and spontaneous rehabilitation group(SPO).Levels of monoamine transmitters of the brain were determined by using HPLC and electrochemical detection.Result:①Nigra levels of DA?DOPAC?NE?MHPG?HVA?5 HT in SPO were obviously lower than those in CON(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and nigra levels of DA?DOPAC?NE?HVA?5 HT in SPO were obviously lower than those in PRG,PBG,TMG and TPM(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the parameters between PBG and TPM had no significant difference(P>0.05),so did between TMG and TPM(P>0.05),and so did between PBG and TMG(P>0.05).②There were no difference in all groups′ nigra DOPAC/DA(P>0.05),so were there in all groups′ nigra MHPG/NE,striatum MHPG,nigra 5 HIAA/5 HT,and nigra 5 HIAA(P>0.05).Conclusion:PBGSR can increase the levels of nigra DA?DOPAG?NE?HVA?5 HT,and then improve clinical efficacy on PD.更多还原
