【摘要】 目的 :观察从瘀论治慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及血液流变性的变化。方法 :门诊收集符合慢性荨麻疹诊断标准的患者 6 3例 ,分为治疗组 33例和对照组 30例 ;治疗组给予活血化瘀、祛风消斑的中药内服。对照组口服赛特赞片 ,其中治疗组 33例于治疗前后检测血液流变性指标。结果 :治疗组痊愈 13例 ,好转 17例 ,无效 3例 ;对照组痊愈 5例 ,好转 2 3例 ,无效 2例。两组治愈率比较 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =3.98,P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后血液黏度低切变、红细胞比容、红细胞电泳时间与治疗前比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :从瘀论治慢性荨麻疹能明显降低该病的复发率 ,改善患者的血液流变性指标 ,促进微循环 ,降低毛细血管通透性 ,具有良好的抗炎、抗过敏及调节免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of therapy of promoting blood circulation on chronic urticaria and the changes of parameters of hemorheology. Method: 63 cases of chronic urticaria, which accorded with the diagnosis standards, were collected, and divided into treatment group(33 cases) and control group(30 cases). Treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese drugs for promoting blood circulation, expelling pathogenic wind and removing ecchymoses, while control group with Zirtec. The parameters of hemorheology of 23 cases in treatment group were determined before and after treatment. Result: In treatment group,13 cases were cured,17 cases improved,3 cases noneffective; while in control group,5 cases were cured, 23 cases improved,2 cases noneffective. The curative rate of treatment group was different from that of control group (χ 2=3.98, P<0.05 ). In treatment group, there was significant difference in low blood viscosity, packed red blood cell volume, electrophoresis time of red blood cell before and after treatment (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Therapy of promoting blood circulation can markedly reduce the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria, improve the parameters of hemorheology, promote microcirculation, decrease the permeability of capillary, so it has marked effects of anti inflammation, anti allergic reaction and immunoregulation.更多还原
