艾灸抗炎免疫作用机制的实验研究

【摘要】 对艾灸抗炎免疫作用的相关实验研究系统地进行总结 ,艾灸抗炎免疫作用的机制为 :增强与改善机体的免疫功能 ,纠正炎症时自由基代谢的紊乱 ,调整神经递质NE、5 HT、NO的失衡 ,促进内环境稳定。实验结果提示 ,外周交感神经参与艾灸对免疫的调节 ,灸疗的部分作用是通过肾上腺皮质系统发挥的 ,海马可能是灸疗信息中枢整合的重要环节 ,松果体可能是艾灸抗炎免疫作用的一个高位调节点

【Abstract】 The related experimental studies on anti inflammatory and immunological effects of moxibustory were systematically summarized.The anti inflammatory and immunological effects of moxibustion were related with its enhancing and improving body immune function, protecting immune organs, correcting metabolic disorder of free radicals, redressing disequilibrium of nitric oxide, noradrenalin, 5 hydroxytryptamine, and stabili zing homeostasis.A serials of experiments show that the peripheral sympathetic nerve partakes in immune regulation of moxibustion; the action of moxibustion partly relates to adrenal cortex system; hippocampus may be an important link in central integration of therapeutic information of moxibustion; hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis is a key path of neurohumoral regulation in moxibustion treatment; conarium may be an upper regulating point of anti inflammatory and immunological action of moxibustion.
