【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou city.Method:Glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou City of Anhui Province was identified by thin layer chromatogram,and the content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatogram.Result:The content of glycyrrhizic acid of glycyrrhiza transplanted in Bozhou county was lower than those cultivated in Inner Mongolia municipality,but it accorded with the standard stipulated in part one of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"published in the year 2000.更多还原
