【摘要】 目的　观察牛膝总皂苷的抗炎镇痛及活血化瘀作用。方法　制作小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀、大鼠蛋清足肿胀、大鼠琼脂肉芽肿等炎症模型 ,研究牛膝总皂苷三种剂量 30、10 0、30 0mg·kg-1的抗炎作用 ,运用热板法观察牛膝总皂苷的镇痛作用 ,另外还观察了牛膝总皂苷对“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学特性的影响。结果　不同剂量下的牛膝总皂苷能减轻大鼠和小鼠急性炎症反应 ,降低大鼠琼脂肉芽肿重量 ,延长热板上小鼠舔足时间 ,改善大鼠血液流变性。结论　牛膝总皂苷具抗炎镇痛及活血作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To research the effects on analgesic and anti inflammatory and invigorate circulation of total saponins of achyranthes (TSA).METHODS The models of inflammation were established to observe effect of anti inflammatory. Hot plat method was used to observe effect of analgesic. Effect on hemorheology was also observed. RESULTS TSA at different doses could markedly lingten inflammatory reactivity in rats and mice, ease pain of mice on hot plat, improve rats hemorheology. CONCLUSION There were obvious effect on anti inflammatory、analgesic and hemorheology of TSA.更多还原
